Join the ACER Advance Awards for Schools in 2024
Available in Term 3!
All participating schools will:
- Feature on ACER’s website and promotions of the competition results
- Receive a plaque recognizing their achievement
The winning school will be featured in a profile in ACER’s Teacher magazine!
Take part in Term 3 for free
- Available for Numeracy and Literacy for students in years 7-9
- Enter up to 20 students for each year level at registered schools
- Schools must currently be using ACER assessments.
Preparing for the awards is easy!
- You can use your existing ACER online account to complete the competition.
- You can join and complete the competition at any time in Term 3.
- Each learning area takes one session of no more than 45 minutes to complete.
- Ensure you select up to 20 students for each year level to take part.
Learning areas
All questions in the competition will be multiple choice and will challenge students to apply their knowledge and skills beyond the curriculum in both Numeracy and Literacy. Students must complete both learning areas.
To help familiarise your students with the format of the questions, you can view sample questions but no preparation is necessary for the competition.
